Ingredients: 3 lbs lean ground beef or turkey burger
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cans red kidney beans
2 medium onions (chopped)
3 (15 oz.) Cans chopped or crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 bay leaves
Directions: Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well and simmer 30 min. to an hour. |
