Applesauce Pie Name: Mary Smith Base: Randolph Air Force Recipe: 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. applesauce 2 T. flour 1/2 t. vanilla 1-2 T. lemon if applesauce is not tart 1 1/2 t. cinnamon (optional) 1 9"pie shell Bake @350 for 45 minutes Put everything in a bowl mix together. Pour into pie shell. This is a recipe I found a few months ago on line. Now it is one of my favorite go to desserts. My husband is not active duty anymore, but Randolph is where we shop.
