Recipe: Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl: 1 3/4 Cup Quick Oats 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter *(Natural 1/3 less sodium/Sugar) 1/3 Cup Honey *(Raw 100% Natural Uncooked) * Recommended ingredients (One may use regular styled peanut butter and honey if desired). ** 1/3 Cup either Semi-sweet or dark Chocolate Chips, Yogurt Chips, and/or raisins may be added to the above recipe if desired for added Pep/taste). Roll & form into 1" sized energy balls, and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate. Can be stored and refrigerated in snack sized or larger food storage bags/containers up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
