Quick & Cheesy Hamburger Pasta Skillet |

1 8 oz. pkg Pasta noodles
1 lb. Hamburger (Ground Beef)
8 oz. Shredded American or Cheddar Cheese (or 4 - 6 slices of Processed American Cheese Slices)
1/3 Cup Milk
2 T Butter or Margarine
*Season as desired to Taste (Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, salt etc).
In medium sized pot, Boil: 1 (8 oz.) package Elbow or Spiral shaped Pasta Noodle and cook until desired consistency. Strain off excess liquid. Set aside.
(Pan-Fry) 1 lb. Hamburger in medium sized skillet until well cooked/browned. Use Colander to Rinse & Strain off excess fat. Add Cooked Hamburger to Noodles, add 1/3 c. Milk, 2 Tablespoons of butter and either an 8 oz. package of shredded Cheddar or American cheese (or 4 - 6 slices Packaged American Cheese Slices) & heat and stir often on medium heat until cheese is melted and ingredients well blended. Season to Taste. Serve and consume while still warm. Makes about 6 (1/2 Cup) servings.
