Recipe: 1/4 inch thick round steak 4 slices cooked bacon 4 slices bread 1 small to medium size onion 1 small can of mushrooms salt pepper cut steak into the size of an index card. put bread in a bowl tore into pieces. then add the other ingredients and about 3/4 cup of water so that all is moist. take some of the stuffing and put onto the steak. using toothpicks or just by rolling it fold the steak to close. brown meat on all available sides and then put into a casserole dish. place remaining stuffing on top and cover. cook at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours watch that it doesnt get dried out. if so just add more water
