Recipe: Ingredients: 1 package andouille sausage 2 cans Cannelini beans, drained cilantro, for garnish lime, for garnish 1 cup chicken broth Directions: Cut up andouille sausage, cook in pan until browned; drain both cans of Cannelini beans; add to pan. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into pan. Cover pan and simmer for 12 minutes. Serve and garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Double recipe for more.
