1 lb lean gr.beef
1 egg
1/2 cup oats uncooked
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1tsp chili powder
1 jar salsa( mild to hot whatever you like)
1/2 cup grated cheddar chees
mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup salsa
form into 4 loaves approx. 4x2 ovals
bake 20-25 min in ungreased pan remove from oven top with more salsa and cheese cook till cheese meltsGreat with mashed potatoes |
