Ingredients for Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes:
2 large sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon fresh ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt
1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thin French fry strips.
2. Place in pan and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on cinnamon and salt.
3. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes, turning over halfway through baking. |
