pork shoulder or any pork meat you prefer
salt and pepper
1 onion
2 bay leaves
your favorite barbeque sauce
dry rub pork roast with salt and paper. Thinly slice onion. Combine and mix pork roast, onion, bay leave, and barbeque sauce in a slow cooker. Set to high for 5 hours or low for 10 hours or until pork can be separated by fork easily.
Serve with french bread or rice.. |
