4 - 4 ounce pieces of red snapper
1/2 cup of flour
salt and pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 12 ounce jar of medium spiced salsa
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded jack cheese
dredge each piece of fish in the salt and peppered flour.
fry each piece lightly on each side, NOT cooked through.
place each piece in a appropriate sized ramican
divide up the salsa and cheeses for the top of each fish.
bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min
