2 cans of sweet/condensed milk
1 pkg regular jello cheesecake mix
Make graham crust as specified on jello box. Make cheesecake as specified but do not put in crust, just store in fridge. Put cans of milk in pot of boiling water for 3 hours. *******MAKE SURE THE WATER COVERS THE TOP OF THE CANS AT ALL TIMES!!! YOU MUST CHECK EVERY SO OFTEN AND ADD WATER TO POT WHEN NEEDED!!************ After 3 hrs take cans out and allow to cool (about an hour). Put contents of can (carmelized milk) into crust. Top with healthy layer of cheesecake mixture. This is soooo good!!!! |
