4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can of black beans
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Drain and rinse beans. Mash beans with olive oil and garlic. Mix in tomato paste, lime juice, cumin and cayenne pepper. Serve with tortilla chips. |
