Ground Beef Taco Dip

Recipe: 1 lb lean ground beef 3/4 c water 2 envelopes taco seasoning, divided 1 (16 oz) fat-free sour cream 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 2 c shredded iceberg lettuce 1 c shredded cheese or more 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 mins, drain. Add water and one envelope taco seasoning, cook and thickened. Cool slightly. Beat sour cream, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-qt dish; add ground beef over the top. Top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pepper and olives.
