Shrimp and clam coconut soup
Ingredients:
-1lb raw, cleaned shrimp
-small bag of clams
-pot of water just an inch over the meat
-handful cut fresh green beans or can of cut green beans
-1 container of cherry tomatoes
-half onion chopped
-2 stalks green onions
-3 cloves minced garlic
-1 can baby corn (drained)
-1 can coconut milk
-dash of salt to taste
-dash of black pepper to taste
-dash of turmeric powder
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
-boil all together for about 1 hour or until shrimp is cooked (pink) or until beans are cooked (nice and soft if using the fresh beans) then to a simmer until ready to eat! (:
