1lb pork shoulder
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp pepper
1tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup vinegar
1tbsp hot sauce
Cook pork shoulder in slow cooker for 8-10. Add your ingredients about 1 hour before it is done. Use a fork to pull apart. Then serve on hamburger buns or however you may like. Enjoy! |
