Hamburger Patties over Rice

Recipe: 1 Lb. lean hamburger 2 slices white bread 3/4 C. milk 2 tsp. garlic salt 2-3 tbsp. Soy-Sauce 2 eggs 1 sm-med onion chopped 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Place hamburger into large mixing bowl, place bread in sm bowl with milk. Once bread is very soft add to hamburger, also add garlic salt, soy-sauce, eggs and onion mix well. Heat large non-stick skillet with your favorite oil, (vegetable or canola). Form patties to desired size ( I go with small to med size so that I get more patties, that way it is easier to serve and also not much waste). In Large dutch oven pour both cans of soup along with 3/4 can of water place on stove on low to med heat. Fry patties until done, a very dark color almost burnt color really brings out the flavor. Once pattie is done place into the soup and allow to simmer while cooking remaining patties,Make a pot of white rice.Once remaining patties are done let them too simmer in the soup for at least an additional 10 mins or so. Then enjoy, everyone that has ever tasted these hamburger patties love them and I hope you will too.
