CornBread Chicken potpie

Recipe: one box jiffy corn bread mix, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup frozen corn, 1 cup cut up cooked chicken, 1 reg size can of petite tomato peices drained, 1 egg. mix it all in a bowl, pour into a baking dish <8x8 or 9x12 or round one> bake at 425 degrees for about 40 mins or till toothpick comes out clean when you test for doneness. i like serving it with salsa, chips and more sour cream.
