Orange Cranberry Sauce |

Recipe: |
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon orange zest
Combine orange juice, water and both sugars in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil and stir until sugars are completely dissolved.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add cranberries and orange zest. Continue cooking until berries begin to pop. 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and, if using, Place mixture in a bowl and let cool. Sauce will thicken as it sets. |
