Pork Yakisoba

Recipe: Yakisoba · 1 – 1 ½ lb. Pork, beef, or chicken thinly sliced · 2 stalks thinly sliced celery · 2 thinly sliced carrots · ½ cup thinly sliced onion · 2 cups regular white cabbage sliced into strips · two packets - yakisoba noodles ½ cup or more to taste - yakisoba sauce (Bulldog sauce is ok) 2 cups bean sprouts (optional) 1. Stir-fry meat in small amount of vegetable oil until no longer pink. 2. Add celery, carrots, onions and cabbage and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Place the cooked vegetables in a bowl and set aside. 4. In same pan, add little more oil to coat bottom of pan, add noodles. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes and break up the noodles. 5. Add the vegetables back in the pan. Add the sauce. Toss the mixture in pan. Add the bean sprouts last and fry for another minute. Serves 6
