Recipe: (4) boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 per person) 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Put chicken into the ranch, coat well, then into the bread crumbs. Cook in a medium high pan on the stove until done. Serve next to steamed vegetables of your choice!
