Homemade pepper steak Pie

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust thawed, 1 pre-made pie crust topping, 1 pound cubed steak, 1 cup flour, 2 tsp ground pepper, 1 chopped onion,1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 cup beef stock. Heat oil in a large skillet, toss steak cubes in flour, add to skillet and cook until browned.. Add beef stock and onion and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, turn heat to low and let simmer 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F, transfer steak and sauce to thawed pie crust. Roll out pie crust topping over steak dish, press the edges down to seal. Brush milk over pie crust. Using a fork, poke the crust three times. Bake for 20 minutes until the crust is browned. Serve with mash and veggies if desired.
