||CHICKEN TACO PASTA
1 box of spiral macaroni
1 lb of chicken , cooked and diced (May use preseasoned fajita chicken)
1 16 oz can of black olives, diced
1 Tomato, diced
2-3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bag of corn chips or tortilla chips
1 -2 packets taco seasoning (I make my own taco seasoning, but you can use packets)
1 24 oz bottle of ranch dressing
Cook chicken and dice into bite size pieces. While chicken is cooking prepare the pasta according to box directions.
After pasta is cooked, drain & rinse in cold water to stop it from cooking further.
Mix the taco seasoning with the ranch dressing.
Combine the pasta with the ranch mixture and stir gently until combined. Add the diced chicken, shredded cheese, diced black olives and diced tomato. Gently stir until combined.
Serve with crunched up corn chips or tortilla chips on top.
This recipe can be changed to your personal preference! You can add or omit what you lie to make it your own.
