Spinach and cheese cassarole

Recipe: 2 cups cottage cheese 1 10 oz package frozen spinach thawed and well drained 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 3 eggs 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 2 teaspoons dried minced onion 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole, set aside. In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, spinach, feta cheese eggs butter, flour, onion and nutmeg mix well.transfer mixture to prepared casserole,bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 45 minuets or until center is almost set( an instant read thermometer inserted in center should register 160 D eight side dish servings.
