Chili Potatoe Pie

Recipe: Ingrediants: Mashed Potatoes 2 cans chili 8 oz shredded cheese Cook and Mash potatoes (whatever you would normally fix for your family size but at least enough o half fill a 13 x 9 pan). You can use instant potatoes if you like. Spray the 13 x 9 pan with a light coat of nonstick spray (i.e. Pam). Place the potatoes in the bottom of the pan and then top with the chili. Top the chili with the shredded cheese and bake for about 30 minutes on 350. Voila!! A simpler version of twice baked potatoes and just as yummy!! Try it with any of your favorite baked potato toppings! Enjoy!!!
