Huli Huli Chiken Stir Fry

Recipe: You need: 2 to 3 chicken breasts (fresh or already cooked) 2 Tablespoons oil 1/3 to 2/3 cup Huli Huli sauce or can use teriyaki sauce with a little honey Fresh or frozen veggies (defrosted and drained) Rice (minute rice or regular) To prepare: Cut chicken into 1/4" thick X 2" long strips also cut up the veggies into strips. Lightly brown chicken about a minute or two on both sides Next add veggies and cook till tender Then add Huli Huli sauce and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (depends on how thick you want sauce) Serve with rice
