Healthy pork egg roll & shrimp bowl

Recipe: 2 bags of rinsed coleslaw mix 1 bag rinsed & drained bean sprouts. 1 tube all natural ground sausage or 1 LB 3 long onions about 1/4 C ( save some for garnishing) 1 bag of tiny pre cooked salad shrimp. Larger if you prefer 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 TBSP ginger, minced 1 TBSP low sodium soy sauce. 1 TBSP sesame seed oil Directions In a bowl add garlic, ginger, soy, Oil. Stir let sit In a deep pan brown sausage. Do not drain. Pour liquid season mixture In with sausage pan. Stir let cook on simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 2 bags of coleslaw, sprouts, shrimp and onions. Toss gently. Cook until a bit soft. Place in serving bowls. Sprinkle a few chop long onions as garnish. Optional Add hot sauce or any other seasonings you may like.
