Recipe: 1- pound ground beef 1- can petite diced tomatoes 1- small can tomatoes sauce 1- diced onion 1- tsp minced garlic 2- Tbs ground cumin 2- Tbs chilli powder salt and pepaper to taste Hot sauce (optional) 2- Tbs corn starch Water Place ground beef ( I prefer at least 80/20) in pot with enough water to cover the ground beef cook on high breaking up beef to a fine consistency until done. Drain beef (I even rinse mine to get rid of grease) return to pot add the rest of ingredients except corn starch. Cook on medium covered about 20 minutes. Taste for seasoning add more salt if needed. Next mix corn starch in cup with a 1/2 cup of COLD water. Turn heat up to a boil slowly stir corn starch to thicken chilli. Once thickened remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Enjoy
