Brunch Sausage Casserole

Recipe: 1 lb sausage 2 C. milk 8 slices of bread, cubed 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated Salt to taste 6 eggs Fry sausage until crumbly - not browned. Set aside. In greased 9x13 casserole, cube 8 slices of bread. Grate 1/2 pound cheddar cheese over the bread. Beat 6 eggs, add 2 C. milk and the dry mustard. Salt to taste. Pour over bread and cheese. Add cooked crumbled sausage. Put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
