Crockpot Macaroni

Recipe: I box elbow noodles 1 can evaporated milk 1/2 c milk 1 stick butter 3 lb triple blend or cheddar cheese Boil macaroni on stovetop until al dente, strain noodles, toss lightly in vegetable oil so noodles don't stick. Also, spray the inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Dump noodles into crockpot along with above ingredients, stir in 2 lbs of the shred cheese then top with remaining cheese. Set on low for 2-3 hrs then turn to Keep warm if you are serving a little later for dinner. It is delicious and super easy!
