Recipe: 1 can salmon (drained) 8 saltine crackers 1 egg lemon pepper seasoning cornmeal Easiest recipe ever! Drain canned salmon, combine salmon, egg, 1 Tablespoon lemon pepper, crush saltine crackers until you can make them into patties, lightly pat into cornmeal, put in a frying pan with about 1/4 cup oil, fry until golden brown on both sides. I make these all of the time and they are so delicious. You can add other ingredients like diced onion, celery to taste. If you want more than 6-8 patties simply double the recipe.
