Recipe: For a Kid Friendly Crock Pot Mac & Cheese Dinner (or anytime...). Ingredients: 1 Pound Elbow Macaroni, 1/2 Cup (1-Stick) Melted Butter, 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 4 Ounces Cream Cheese (cut into cubes...), 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 (12-Ounce) Cans Evaporated Milk, 2 Cups Whole Milk, 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/8 Teaspoon Paprika, Kosher Salt (for Taste...), Freshly Ground Pepper (for Taste...), Finely Chopped Chives (for Garnish if you choose...)... Step 1: Combine Macaroni, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, Parmesan, Evaporated Milk, Whole Milk, Garlic Powder, and Paprika in the Slow Cooker. Season with Salt and Pepper... Step 2: Cook on High until Pasta is Cooked through and the Sauce has Thickened (Usually 2 to 3 Hours...). Check after 2-Hours and every 15-Minutes thereafter until done.
