Roasted Cauliflower -- You will love it!

Recipe: Roasted Cauliflower can be served warm or at room temperature. It can be part of an antipasto of roasted vegetables or just for snacking on. You can also sprinkle it with a bery good aged vinegar; or cut the florets into smaller pieces and add to salads... Prep Time is 5 minutes, Coo Time is 20 minutes, and this recipe makes 6 to 8 servings. INGREDIENTS: 1 head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cut into bite-size florets; 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil; 5 cloves garlic (chopped); 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers; 2 teaspoons Kosher salt; and 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves... DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Step 2: cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets (about 8 cups). Step 3: Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper on a baking sheet; sprinkle with the salt and thyme and toss again. Step 4: Roast until golden and tender (about 20 minutes). Step 5: Put everything into a large bowl and serve, Enjoy!
