Bacon Cauliflower Salad

Recipe: Here is a recipe for a crispy and crunchy salad for cauliflower with a creamy dressing that's ever so slightly sweet. Prep Time is 20 minutes and then you'll have to chill it in the refrigerator; this recipe makes four servings... INGREDIENTS: 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets; 1 pound sliced bacon (cooked and crumbled); 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese; 1 medium green pepper (chopped); 1 medium onion (chopped); 1 cup mayonnaise; and 2 to 4 teaspoons sugar... DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Cook the bacon in a large pan over medium-low heat and cook until the bacon is browned to taste. Do not overlap the pieces so that they cook evenly. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to dry. When the bacon cools, crumble with your hands. Step 2: In a large salad bowel, combine the cauliflower, bacon, cheese, green pepper and onion. Step 3: combine the mayonnaise and sugar; spoon over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Step 4: cover and refrigerate for at lease 4 hours before serving. Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
