Strawberry and Cream Popsicle Recipe

The Total Prep Time is 4-hours and 30-minutes (only 10 or so minutes actually doing something and over 4-hours just waiting for these Strawberry and Cream Popsicles to freeze... INGREDIENTS: 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced; 1/3 cup sugar; 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract; and 1 cup vanilla yogurt... DIRECTIONS: Step 1: You will want to clean and hull or calyx the green leafy top of the strawberries and slice them into quarters. Add the berries to a bowl and top with the sugar. Let sit out for 15 to 20 minutes so the get all juicy (Oh no, not more waiting around... I want Popsicles...). Step 2: Now that you've let the strawberries make some of that delicious syrup by sitting in the sugar...). Add the strawberries to a blender or food processor, along with the yogurt, and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture into 6 Popsicle molds. (Remember not to fill the molds too full as the mixture expands as it freezes). Now freeze them until firm, about 4-hours. Step 3: Enjoy those delicious Strawberry and Cream Popsicles.
