SUPER QUICK AND EASY CORN FLAKE MACAROONS

Recipe: 2 Egg Whites 1 Cup Sugar 3 Cups Cornflakes 1 Cup Walnut or Pecan Pieces Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat the egg white with a mixer on high speed until they form stiff peaks. GRADUALLY add sugar to the egg whites and mix on medium just until the sugar is blended. With a large spoon add corn flakes and nuts. Mix by hand until blended. Drop by spoon fulls on a lightly greased cookie sheet. You can also use a cookie sheet covered by wax paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Keep left over cookies sealed in a baggie or covered plastic container as moisture makes them tough.
