Recipe: 1 pkg (3 oz) orange flavored gelatine 2 TBSP sugar Dash of salt 1 cup hot water 1 can (l3 - 15 oz) sliced peaches 1 Cup heavy cream (whipped) * 2 Cups Whipped Topping may be substituted for heavy cream Dissolve gelatine, sugar and salt in hot water. Drain peaches. Add 1/2 Cup peach liquid to gelatine mixture. chill gelatine mixture until slightly thickened; then fold in whipped cream. Cut remaining peaches in half and fold into cream mixture. Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Unmold on serving plate. Can garnish with mint leaves.
