Recipe: 3-cups Of cooked chicken 1-box wild rice 1/2-cup onions chopped 1-stick of butter 1/4-cup flour 1-6oz. can mushrooms 1 1/2-cup cream 1 1/2-cups chicken broth & liquid from mushooms 1 1/2-tsp. salt 1/4-tsp pepper 1-small bag of almonds sliced or chopped 1-can water chestnuts Cook rice and set aside, cook onions in butter and remove from heat, stir in flour, add broth, add can cream and stir until thick. Add everything else, but not almonds. Mix together in baking dish and spread almonds on top. Cook at 350 degree for 30 minutes
