TATER-TOT CASSEROLE
1lb ground beef (Lean or extra lean is best)
1 15oz can of green beans
1can cream of mushroom soup
bag of Tater- tots
Brown ground beef, (drain if not lean or extra lean) in a medium bowl, mix with green beans and cream of mushroom soup.
Spread mixture in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, cover with tater-tots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
serves at least four.
Variation:
add grated medium cheddar cheese to the top after 30 minutes has past and let melt for 5 minutes in oven. |
