we just left the base and i thought it was great. the commissary was wonerful, i always shopped there. i had no incedents with snotty people, or anything racial. the gym there is the best, they have free pesonal trainers, who work with you and help you to reach your goals. they have a program for stay at home moms called the co-op where moms can bring there children while they work out. i was there on the base for at least a year. the movie theatre was nice, and was being renovated to be even better. there were a few things that bugged me, like paying for the pool and the way the gate gaurds barely give you time to show your I.D. before they wave you on base. but other than that the base is great and its in a great location where there is plenty to do. the L.I.N.K.S. program was a big help. i'm not a very outgoing person but i was able to quickly make friends and feel welcome on base.
