Recipe: 1 (8oz) bottle of creamy french dressing 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 (12oz) jar of apricot preserves 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves, add the chicken breasts. Turn the breasts to coat well with mixture. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
