Recipe: Balsamic Roast Beef Ingredients: 1 3-4 lb boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast) 1 cup beef broth ½ cup balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey ½ tsp red pepper flakes 4 cloves garlic, chopped 4-8 sandwich rolls Method 1. Place roast beef into crock pot. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast, cook at 4 hours on high or 6-8 on low. 2. When roast is cooked, remove from slow cooker and place on serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼-1/2 cup of the gravy over the roast and serve on buns.
