Sam Houston Recipe: 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup shredded American cheese 1/4 cup tomato ketchup 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard 2 Tbsp. dill pickle relish (optional - bacon crumbles & French's crispy onions) Brown meat in skillet, drain & set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a deep pie dish & fold in drained meat. Heat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
