Recipe: OK, you and the kids are still stuck inside and the weather is getting nicer, the kids want out and you're not quite ready to let them out. But what to do? Let them help you feed them. The Kids will like these so much that they will ask for them every day for lunch, now and all during the summer. Whenever you have leftover chicken or turkey breast, this is a delicious way to use it up. Total Preparation Time is about 20-minutes, plus chilling time, and this recipe makes about 4-dozen. INGREDIENTS: 1 can (9-3/4 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained; 1 carton (8 ounces) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese; 1 cup salsa, divided; 4 pieces ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon, crumbled; and 6 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature… DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Mix chicken, cream cheese, 1/2 cup salsa and bacon; spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic. Step 2: Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, unwrap and cut tortillas into 1-in. slices.
