2 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. baking soda
1 Cup butter, softened 3/4 Cup brown sugar
l/4 Cup sugar 1 egg
1 3oz package instant vanilla pudding 1 Tbsp Vanilla Flavoring
1 Cup chocolate chips 1 Cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1. Mix together flour and baking soda. Set aside. Cream butter and sugars together. When light and fluffy, add the egg. Mix thoroughly. Pour in vanilla pudding and vanilla flavoring. continue mixing, add the flour mixture, small amount at a time. Continue mixing. Do not overbeat. Add chips and nuts.
2. Refrigerate dough for 3 hours or overnight.
3. When ready to bake, make walnut size balls of dough. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Check, as baking times may vary. If needed, add more minutes. |
